Meet Lucy

Hi and welcome to Nails With Duffy. I'm Lucy the beauty therapist, nail tech and owner. I have been running the business since December 2021 and been off my feet ever since. I started my beauty journey in 2019 and have completed a few qualifications in the past few years with Tafe, Planet Nails Lockslash Australia, and Claw Queen. Beauty is my passion i love to keep learning and improving my work every week. I believe everyone has has the own beauty and I am here to help you express that.

STUDIO POLICY

Your card is not been charged when booking you are simply placing your card on hold to the system for cancellation fee

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 12 hours cancellation/ no shows you will be charged an cancellation fee

Arriving more than 10 minutes late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges of $10

Under 16 years of age are not allowed to book appointments. Treatments are accepted 16 and over

All booking quotes are subject to change if the appointment type selected does not match the design being created. Price may change if incorrect add ons are not selected when booking. This includes art, new sets or removals

No Food is required in the studio.

If you have booked in for a full set and you have product on without booking a nail removal plus full set you will be charged an extra $15 to your service price.

Nails with Duffy does not take responsibility for damages caused to the nails outside of the salon or if the client chooses to rip, pull or bite them

I the client understand that Lucy Duff and her business NAILS WITH DUFFY accept no responsibility or liability for any conditions adverse reactions, allergies and or sensitivities that occur during any appointment attended and declined that these results are at the fault of my own and not Lucy Duff and her Business Nails With Duffy

NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be issued in this instance as no determination of client sensitivities can be tested or predicted by the technician. It is the clients responsibility to have prior compound testing done by a dermatologist to diagnose such sensitivities and allergies prior to any appointments.
